Refund policy

 

All products sold on this store are digital products delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable after access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

For customers in the European Union, by purchasing and accessing the digital product immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access or download begins.

We will issue a refund or provide a replacement if:

• the product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side;
• the file is defective or inaccessible and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged more than once for the same product;
• the product materially differs from its description.

Refund requests must be sent to hello@raisingfaithful.com with the order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
